Placing Your Order

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and your selected payment method - we will ship your package within 1-2 business days.

Although we do not sell our boxes pre-loaded with channels, your BuzzTV box comes ready with a collection of pre-installed apps that automatically transform your TV into a 'Super Smart' TV -- so you can start streaming content from the moment you connect to the internet!

Shipping Policy

Shipping cost:

• Orders over $97 receive free shipping!
• Orders under $97 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout. 

Shipping destinations:

• Our main shipping location is Mississauga, Canada; However we do ship some products from California, USA (All Canadian Orders are shipped within Canada).

Couriers

• We ship using UPS, Canada post, FedEx and USPS. All packages comes with Insurance, Signature Required and Tracking Number/Confirmation Number.

Shipping times:

• Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. 
  

• Shipping Service is Ground which takes 2 to 10 business days depending on where you live. Air shipping service is available - just contact us for a quote!

  * Rural area's in Canada or USA can take longer than 10 days via Ground Service.

  * Holiday's can result in shipping delays.

  * International Sales (Outside North America) require price quote's. Please contact us

           * Puerto Rico takes up to 21 business days via standard service.

• We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX & PayPal. 

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than CAD dollars.

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30 day Return & Exchange Policy:

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
• Timing: we have a 30 day Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For returns, please email cs@buzztv.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide you instructions where to send returned goods. It is strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. An RMA # is also required for all returns. You can submit an RMA request fast an easy here.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
